Was the founder of Gilian Technologies (later acquired by Breach Security). He led both product and business development efforts over a 5-year period during which the company succeeded in raising $35 million for its operations. Prior to Gilian, He formed a consulting company for clients including Globes Sites, Israel's leading web development provider, and Bezeq, Israel's national telephone company. Previously he worked for 3 years with Intel, where he led the team that developed an innovative chip debugging solution for the Pentium MMX. He holds a B.Sc. (cum laude) from the Technion.

He worked as a team leader in the information systems department of Cellcom, where he developed several proprietary information systems, supported the integration of an ERP system in the organization, and developed a WAP proof of concept in the early days.

Is responsible for leading the growth of Sightix's business, He brings a rich history of successful deal-making experience to the Sightix management team. Prior to joining Sightix, He served as VP Business Development and Marketing at PolyInformation (AIM:PLY) where he was responsible for its growth in the US and Europe. Earlier, He served as a senior business consultant at the Fantine Group, Israel's largest consulting firm, where he assisted startups in breaking into international markets.
In addition, He co-founded and served as VP Business Development & Marketing at NomadIQ, where he was responsible for creating the company's exit to OmniSky (NASDAQ:OMNY) for over $40 million in 2001. He serves in the IDF Spokesperson's Office as an international press liaison officer. He received his Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management in 2004.

Prior to this he was part of Comverse's team responsible for developing a unique platform for blocking SMS spammers at Telco's worldwide.
Guy recived his BSc from IDC in Hertzalia in computer science in 2000.
